10.) Never spam customers or web surfers, who have opted for newsletters from your website, with unsolicited emails. They may decide later that they want to opt out of the mailings, be sure you honor their request and take them off the mailing list. They may still come back if they like your products or services. Never flood their email box with mail they no longer wish to receive, because they will certainly never come back to your website again.
